When reporting a bug it really helps to include a short description of what you were doing, what you expected to happen, what actually happened, and the browser and device you were using.
Before writing to us, the Help & User Guide covers most common questions about route creation, waypoints, weather, tides, buoyage, GPX import and export, and data sources. The About page lists every data source used and explains safety limitations.
Please do not contact us for urgent maritime safety matters. If you or someone else is in distress at sea, call HM Coastguard on VHF Channel 16 or dial 999 (UK). This app is a planning aid and is not monitored for emergencies.
